Intro to Ashtanga Online course

New to ashtanga and wondering where to start? I’m offering an introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa 2 weeks course online. In the Introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa class, we’ll focus on the core principles, foundational postures and essential breathwork. Each session I will emphasise body awareness, alignment, and mindful practice, offering a perfect starting point for those wanting to learn Ashtgan Vinaysa properly and eventually move on to join my Online Mysore Program.

Week 1

Objective: Introduce Ashtanga Vinyasa, fundamentals, focus on sun salutations and the basic standing postures, learn a modified seated and finishing sequence, develop an understanding of alignment, Learn the Ujjayi Breath and Nadi Shodhana pranayama.

Week 2

Objective: fundamentals, perfecting sun salutations and the standing postures, add more seated postures and finishing sequence, develop an understanding of alignment.

The goal of this program is to lead you seamlessly into joining the online monthly classes.

Daily classes focused on Mysore style with two Guided (led) classesper week. This classes are aimed to help you get your body to feel the correct alignment of the Asana with personalised hands on adjustments and assists during your practice.
